2MUCH2LOOSE is run by one person. This page explains what I collect through this site, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Short version: I only collect what you type into a request form, I use it only to sell you the piece you asked about, and I never sell it or use it for marketing.
What I collect
When you send a request to buy. Your name and email (required), and your phone / WhatsApp number, Instagram handle and message if you choose to add them, together with the piece you asked about and the time you sent it.
Visit statistics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. I only see totals, like how many people opened a page and which country they came from.
Your settings. Your light / dark theme choice, and your language on the dye lab page, are saved in your own browser so they stick between visits. They never leave your device.
This site uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking pixels.
Why
To reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to arrange payment and shipping. That's the only thing your contact details are used for. Handling a request you sent is the legal basis for this (taking steps you asked for before a sale).
Who else handles it
A few services store or pass along your request so it reaches me. They process it on my behalf and may do so outside your country, including in the United States:
- Vercel: hosts this site and keeps short-lived server logs.
- Telegram: delivers the request to me as a notification.
- Google: your request is saved to a private Google Sheet so none get lost.
Payment is arranged directly with you through a payment service we agree on. Card or bank details are never entered on or stored by this site.
How long I keep it
Only as long as it's needed to handle your request and keep basic records of sales. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email polyclinic2m2l@gmail.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
